1 Quality Assurance
　　1.1 It is guaranteed that the products are produced strictly in accordance with IS09001 standard. Either the technology,material or testing shall be in line with China National Standard and products are made of the material which is new,proper for use and of advance technology. The quality, specification and performance of the products shall be in the same as that required by tender document .
　　1.2 We shall take full responsibility for the quality of parts souced from our suppliers also. All the material and parts sourced from others shall be strictly in accordance with the requirement in our ‘Quality manual’, ‘Procurement Control Program’, ‘Inspection and Test Procedure for Mate-rial and Parts’.The Quality Certificate for the key parts which supplied by others could be given to customer for ref-erence if required.
　　1.3　We guarantee that the drawings and technical docu-ment shall be submitted to our customer in line with the project program.
　　1.4　The quality assurance period shall be 18 months from the arrival of the products to site or 12 months from site acceptance which comes first. During the quality assurance period. we guarantee that we shall respond within 8 hours and take action within 24 hours from receipt of customer notice. We shall be responsible to take remedy action for the defects either caused by design,material or production of the products.

2 Test
　　2.1　Each of the products is strictly inspected and tested in line with the factory inspection program,the requirement from our customer and other related test stan-dard. The test report,quality certificate and operation manual shall be supplied along with the products.
　　2.2 We shall provide technical support for site instal-lation if required by customer.

3 Technical Service
　　3.1 We shall submit technical drawings and document for approval in line with the requirement by our customer.
　　3.2 If required,we shall send our technical supervisor to site for support within 24 hours from receipt of the notice from our customer.
The technical supervisor will provide support for site installation.
　　3.3 If in case,any defects caused by design,material and production occurred at site, our technical staff shall be arrival to site within 24 hours.

4 Delivery Time and Production
　　4.1 We guarantee that the products shall be delivery to site on time.
　　4.2 To ensure the delivery schedule ,we shall put the parts into production for one production period in advance.
　　4.3 We shall provide training for our products if required.
　　4.4 When required ,spare parts shall be provided with high quality and reasonable price.
